Don't lose track of the real reason you're working out! That reason is to look great and feel great. If you look great and feel great what difference does it make how much you weigh? If you've been eating and exercising right, and you start to notice a difference in your body from all the hard work; then you weigh yourself and see that you've gained 2 lbs, why feel bad? If you're really trying to exercise and eat right so you can shed a few lbs on the stomach, arms, back or where ever. I have a great and easy tip. SLEEP! Lack of sleep increases Cortisol levels which hinder fat loss. I won't get technical, just know that 7-8 hrs of sleep along with decent eating and exercising habit will go along way!...
