  • I am working on getting back into my fitness mode. I baked some Nattie & Ruth, Walnut ,Seeds & Mixed Berry Bars. If you are a member of nattieandruth.com you can download the recipe. It is worth it, they are helping curb my sweet tooth. I cut the bars into 24 instead of 12 and pop one when I get the urge for sugar. This is the only fitness bar that I can get down. I feel good because I know the bars are supplying me with positive calories and curbing my sweet tooth.
